The electrical stimulation method is based on the procedure of electrical stimulation of muscles and nerves, carried out by transmitting pulse current with specified characteristics from the myostimulator to the human body through electrodes. TENS & EMS

Thanks to the combination of two effective methods at once — myostimulation (EMS) and electroneurostimulation (TENS), the massager relaxes perfectly, relieves fatigue and eliminates discomfort.
Electroneurostimulation (TENS) is the skin-acting electrostimulation of nerves and nerve endings. Weak electrical impulses (no more than 200 ms), affecting sensitive nerve endings, block pain impulses, eliminating the sensation of stiffness, and also increase the production of «endorphins» — joy hormones that improve mood, have an analgesic and calming effect.
The neurostimulation method for 2017 is considered the most effective way to suppress chronic pain syndrome. Pain is just a signal that is transmitted through nerves from a problem area to the brain. Pain is information to the brain that there is a malfunction in the body and it needs to be eliminated. But this «just as information» can make a person’s life unbearable, especially when it comes to chronic pain.
Electromyostimulation (EMS) — muscle electrostimulation, which gives two effects at once: relaxation and stimulation. In the first case, muscle relaxation occurs, tension and fatigue are relieved, which is very important with increased physical activity. In the second case, the muscles are toned, their elasticity is restored, endurance is increased. Under the influence of impulse current, muscles begin to contract, as a result of which oxygen-enriched blood is more actively poured into them, lymph outflow occurs and muscle tone is improved.
Thanks to two separately adjustable channels, the device allows the pulse intensity to be adjusted independently of each other, for example, to cover the body on both sides or evenly stimulate large areas of tissues. • Do not remove electrodes when the device is on and the wires are inserted, always disconnect the device or the corresponding channel before moving or removing the electrodes.
• Do not confuse the electrode cable with contacts with headphones or other devices, do not connect the electrodes to other devices. Do not modify the electrodes (for example, trimming them), this will lead to an increase in current density.
• Pre-treatment of the skin with oily cream or ointment is not recommended, this will greatly increase the wear of the electrodes and can lead to current spikes.
• Do not use pointed objects (handles, toothpicks, etc.) to press the buttons of the device.
• Protect the sample from falls.
• Keep the device in a clean, dry, cool place, protected from direct exposure to sunlight.
• In no case immerse the device and its accessories in water or other liquids!

FOR 2 PEOPLE AT THE SAME TIME

The device EMS-750 is a model with 2 independently controlled channels. Thanks to this, you have the opportunity to connect accessories to the electric stimulator in different configurations for one or two people at the same time.

FIRST USING

• Remove the device and all accessories from the box. Remove all packaging materials and labels.
• Carefully check the device and all accessories for defects and damages. If you find defects and damage, do not use the device and contact the seller.
• During the first use, it is recommended to test the device sitting on a chair or lying down to get used to the current.
• The operating intensity should be adjusted according to individual sensations.

MANUAL

1. Connect the electrodes or accessory in various configurations (see «Combinations») to the connection wires as shown in the figures below. Tightly insert the connector wire plug into the electrode connector so that the bare contact metal is not visible. Otherwise, the contacts of the device will not be connected, the device will not work. To connect accessories, wires with buttons are used, which snap on the connectors located on the accessories.

2. Connect wires to the device & accessories as shown in the figure below. Before connecting the connection wires to the device, make sure that the device is turned off. Hold the insulated parts of the connecting wire, insert the connecting wire plug into the connector of the corresponding channel on the lower part of the device housing. Verify that the wires are connected correctly. The myostimulator has two channels. You can use one channel or two channels together by c onnecting connection wires to one or two connectors. Using two channels gives the user the advantage of stimulating different parts of the body at the same time, and also makes it possible to use the device at once by 2 users at the same time.

USING OF STICKERS- ELECTRODES

Remove protective from electrodes surface.

Attention!
Do not discard protective films because they will need to be glued back to the electrodes at the end of the procedure. Detailed electrode care recommendations are listed in the «Care and Maintenance» section!

Apply the electrode with the adhesive side to a clean dry and smooth area of the skin and press it tightly to the skin. Ensure that the electrodes are aligned and securely fixed to the skin. If you s elect an electrode location on the body, follow the electrode location rules in the Electrode Location section. Do not turn on the device until the electrodes are properly attached to the skin.

3. To enable the device, insert the network adapter into the connector on the device housing and connect the myostimulator to the network. Then press «ON/OFF button» on the main part of the device housing, as shown in the figure below, at that the digital LCD display of the device will light up.

Only swap the devices — first extinguished screen, then lit.
4. Select the application and one of the massage types, or one of the WEIGHT CONTROL or FITNESS programs. You can set different massage modes separately for channel 1 and channel 2.
5. Set the required massage time from 5 to 25 minutes by pressing the «+» or «-» buttons sequentially.
The «+» button increases the massage time by 1 minute, the «-» button reduces the set massage time by 1 minute.
The massage time is displayed at the top of the LCD and defaults to 20 minutes.
The myostimulator will automatically shut down after the set time. You can also complete the massage at any time by clicking on the «ON/OFF».
6. Set the desired intensity level from 1 to 20 for the appropriate channel.
Intensity levels of «CHANNEL 1» and «CHANNEL 2» are displayed on the display on both sides in the form of scales.
7. To pause, press the ON/OFF button once, and the electrodes will pause. Press the button once to continue the massage «ON/OFF,» the electrodes will start working again.
8. After the massage is complete, turn off the myostimulator by pressing the»ON/OFF» button.
Disconnect the connecting wires from the myostimulator and electrodes and remove the electrodes from the skin. To remove the electrodes, lift the electrode by the corner and carefully disconnect it from the skin. Glue the protective film to the adhesive side of the electrode.

USING OF ADDITIONAL ACCESSOIRES

Slippers
To use, it is necessary to dress slippers, connect them to the device, select one of the modes of operation «INTENSIVE,» «ACUPUNCTURE,» «VIBRO MASSAGE» or » THUMP» the area of application «FEET» and set a comfortable intensity.
Application Effect:
Slippers are a special accessory that effectively relieves painful tension in the muscles, relieves the decay of the legs, improves coordination of the movement of the toes, reduces the convulsions of the foot and shin mice.
It is recommended for treatment and prevention to athletes, people whose profession is associated with a long stay on their feet, as well as before and after intensive physical training.

Belt

SELECTION OF LABEL ELECTRODES LOCATION

Proper placement of electrodes is important for the successful application of electrical stimulation. When selecting the electrode location, observe the following instructions:

Distance between electrodes:
The greater the distance between the electrodes, the greater the area of the tissue to be stimulated. This applies to flat and concave areas of the body. However, as the distance between the electrodes increases, the tissue stimulation force decreases. This means that by choosing a larger distance between the electrodes, a larger area is stimulated, but with less force. To increase stimulation, it is necessary to increase the intensity of the pulse. When selecting the distance between the electrodes, follow the instructions:

• the distance between the electrodes should be not less than 7 cm, if the distance is less than 7 cm, this will lead to too strong stimulation of surface structures.
• recommended distance between electrodes from 7 to 15 cm
• the distance between electrodes greater than 15 cm will lead to very weak stimulation of the surface with a large area.

Arrangement of electrodes depending on direction of muscle fibers

The efficiency of electrical stimulation in all modes largely depends on the correct choice of the location of the electrodes on the body. Ideally, the electrodes should be placed on the motor points of the muscle or nerve. The motor point of the nerve is the area where the nerve is most superficially located under the skin and accessible by current. The motor point of the muscle is the place corresponding to the place where the motor nerve enters the muscle. The choice of current flow direction must be consistent with the direction of muscle fibers.

• If superficial muscles are to be reached, the electrodes should be arranged parallel to the direction of the fibers (A — B/C — D),
• If deep layers of fabrics are to be reached, the electrodes must be arranged across the fiber direction. The latter can be achieved by a cruciform (transverse) arrangement of electrodes, for example, A — D/B — C. With electrostimulation of nerves and nerve endings (TENS) the electrodes of one channel should be installed so that the point at which there is discomfort is located between the electrodes, or one electrode would be located directly at the point at which there is discomfort, and the second electrode — at a distance of at least 7 cm from the first. The electrodes of the remaining channels can be used to simultaneously work out other points at which there is discomfort or, together with the electrodes of the first channel, used to block the entire area where there is discomfort (on the opposite side). Here again, a cruciform arrangement makes sense.

To use the EMS function, select the modes «WEIGHT CONTROL,» «FITNESS,» «ACUPUNCTURE, «HAND» «JOINT» «FEET» «SHOULDER» «BACK,» «LEG». To use the TENS function, select the programs «INTENSIVE», «ACUPUNCTURE», «VIBRO MASSAGE».
Be obligatory to place the electrodes in the correct cruciform! Example:

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Device Care

Clean the device body with dry cloth only. Make sure that the device is turned off before cleaning. If salted areas appear on the LCD display, wipe it with a slightly wet soft cloth and wipe dry. Do not use chemical or abrasive cleaning and care products.

Electrode Care

Inspect the electrodes before each use. Reusable electrodes can cause mild skin irritation, lose grip, and yield less efficacy if misused. For hygienic reasons, only one person can use each pair of electrodes. To increase the life of the electrodes, before use, it is necessary to wash, degrease with an alcohol-containing liquid and dry the area of the skin on which the electrodes will be applied, as well as remove excess hair on this area of the skin. To ensure the longest possible adhesion of the electrodes, they should be carefully cleaned with a wet, non-fiber cloth or clean the lower surface of the electrodes with a jet of warm water, then shake the water very carefully and let dry in the air.

Disconnect the connection cable from the electrodes before cleaning under water. After use, stick the electrodes back to the film. At the end of the procedure, glue the protective film to the adhesive side of the electrode. The adhesive surface of the electrodes should be washed once after 30 applications or earlier, in case of their severe contamination and poor adhesion to the skin. Store the electrodes in a reusable plastic bag. Disconnect the electrodes as specified in the instruction. If one of the pair of electrodes is disconnected during the procedure, the pulse intensity will go to the lowest level, it is recommended to press the «ON/OFF» button and fix the electrodes again, then press the «ON/OFF» button and set the desired intensity. Do not pull the electrodes by the wires. This can damage both wires and electrodes.

UTILIZATION

Improper disposal of devices causes irreparable damage to the environment. Do not throw out unfair devices along with household waste. For this purpose, contact the dedicated instrument disposal point. Addresses of household appliances reception points for recycling can be obtained from municipal services of your city.

Аппарат без кнопок. Включается автоматически при разгибании (при раздвижении двух деталей). От угла расхождения зависит сила вибрации. Т.е. чем сильнее надавливать, тем больше увеличиваешь градус между рукоятью и насадкой и тем сильнее вибрирует массажер.
То, что в массажёре стоят батарейки, это не значит, что он будет бесконечно работать. Работать массажёр начинает от прикосновения с телом и прессом руки.
