   Промышленный осциллограф американской фирмы Fluke — Fluke 123 приобрел старшего брата: Fluke 124 (рис. 1). Он создан на базе Fluke 123, но, в отличие от него, обладает полосой пропускания 40 МГц и функцией курсорных измерений. Теперь с новой NiMH батареей прибор может работать без подзарядки в течение 7 часов.

   Осциллографы ScopeMeter 120 серии предоставляют возможность поиска неисправностей, тестирования и наблюдения за промышленным оборудованием. Fluke 124, как и его «младший брат», объединяет в себе три прибора в одном — осциллограф с функцией автоматической синхронизации Connect-and-View, мультиметр и регистратор событий — и позволяет решить насущные проблемы, связанные с одновременным измерением параметров и проверкой формы сигнала.

   Fluke 124 предназначен для оперативного решения задач проверки и поиска неисправностей в приводах двигателей постоянного и переменного тока, датчиках и исполнительных механизмах, линиях электропитания, трансформаторах и преобразователях, линейных и импульсных схемах управления и контроля.

   Двухканальный осциллограф имеет полосу пропускания до 40 МГц, двойной мультиметр с разрешением дисплея 5000 отсчетов позволяет измерять среднеквадратичные значения переменной составляющей сигнала, двухканальный самописец работает в режиме TrendPlot, полная автоматическая настройка развертки позволяет распознавать сигнал и оптимизировать его расположение на дисплее. Такой синтез функций делает прибор практически универсальным, он позволяет обеспечивать быстрый и качественный мониторинг любых электрических систем.

   Осциллограф FLK-124 сертифицирован по категории 600 В CAT III. Оптически изолированный интерфейс RS-232 предоставляет возможность сохранения и анализа данных программным методом.

   Удобство эксплуатации подчеркивается использованием всего одной пары измерительных щупов (рис. 2), выполняющих измерения как в режиме осциллографа, так и мультиметра. Самописец позволяет выявлять истинные причины неполадок путем записи пиковых значений и импульсных выбросов.

   Осциллограф имеет следующие возможности:

• Двухканальный цифровой осциллограф (рис. 3) с полосой пропускания 40 МГц и двухвходовый цифровой мультиметр позволяют обнаруживать неисправности длительностью от наносекунды до нескольких месяцев;

• Цифровой мультиметр действующего (true-rms) значения с разрядностью дисплея в 5000 отсчетов при точности 0,5% обеспечивает 26 типов измерений (рис. 4), включая напряжение постоянного тока, действующее напряжение переменного тока, частоту в Гц, скважность, длительность импульсов, фазовый сдвиг двух сигналов, ток, температуру, пик-фактор, дБВ, дБм, сопротивление, прозвонка цепей, характеристики диодов, емкость;

• Двухканальная функция TrendPlot отслеживает сбои за счет непрерывной записи показаний (рис. 5) в течение времени от считанных минут до нескольких суток. Записываются максимальные и минимальные показания с отметками даты и времени. Двухканальность обеспечивает поиск по критериям «причина и результат»;

• Работа по технологии Connect-and-View обеспечивает надежное отображение сигнала на дисплее без необходимости нажимать на кнопки — даже для самых сложных сигналов, включая приводы двигателей и видеосигналы. Пользователи измерительных приборов знают, каким сложным бывает установка органов управления. Неправильные настройки показывают неустойчивые и иногда неправильные результаты. Уникальная функция, разработанная фирмой Fluke-Connect-and-View — распознает картину сигнала и автоматически задает нужное положение органов управления прибором. Эта функция обеспечивает устойчивую, достоверную и наглядную индикацию практически любого сигнала — включая сигналы управления электродвигателями и сигналы управления — без нажатия кнопок. Любые изменения сигналов распознаются мгновенно, а положение органов корректируются — каждый раз — для получения устойчивой индикации. Прибор ScopeMeter позволяет быстро и удобно измерить параметры поочередно в целом ряде точек — в этом он выгодно отличается от обычных измерительных приборов с автоматическими настройкой и выбором диапазонов. Входной сигнал, амплитуда и синхронизация автоматически устанавливаются так, чтобы в результате дать устойчивое отображение сложных цифровых сигналов. Это удобное новшество от Fluke экономит время, затрачиваемое на поиск неисправностей, и помогает минимизировать время простоя производственных систем. Изменения сигналов мгновенно распознаются, а настройки постоянно корректируются для устойчивой индикации;
