YouTuber Chubbybots made a special Mecha version of Godzilla and in the video you can see exactly how you can build him.

This model of Godzilla contains 864 pieces including a rotatable tail, moveable joints, although this model can be used for play, it is mainly for display. Godzilla is built up of mainly dark and light grey bricks but contains a few transparent orange and blue bricks hidden in the build. This final build of Godzilla is based off of his appearance in the 2014 movie Godzilla and Godzilla: King of The Monsters but it works as a generic Godzilla model. This model includes a Madison minifigure and a micro Godzilla figure.
