Прошедшей зимой на моем авто отказал двухлетний аккумулятор АКТЕХ 65Ач, после сильного мороза он еле крутил стартер двигателя и так и не завел его. До этого уже были «звоночки» в виде неуверенного пуска при похолодании, сильная просадка напряжения при запуске и т.д. Возник закономерный вопрос — как контролировать состояние акка и продлить его жизнь. Пришлось купить новую Акб АКОМ 75Ач EFB, озаботится хорошим внешним зарядным, для подзарядки и вот этим тестером, для контроля состояния подопечного у себя и соседей по гаражу. В общем прибор работает и довольно неплохо. Могу рекомендовать к покупке при цене в $38, а если дешевле найдете то тем более.
Тестер пришел в глянцевой коробке, комплектация: сам аппарат, кабель данных miniUSB-USB, чехол с логотипом и инструкция на аглицком.
Сразу из коробки обновил прошивку, скачав приложение BTlink c сайта KONNWEI. Обновления приходят регулярно в приложение.
На рабочем экране всего шесть иконок, управление и выбор с помощью кнопок на лицевой панели.
1 — Автомобиль, проверка автомобильного аккумулятора 12В, системы пуска и зарядки.
2 — Мотоцикл, проверка мотоциклетного аккумулятора 12В/6В, системы пуска и зарядки.
3 — График — логгер, просмотр на экране и запись данных по напряжению.
4 — Просмотр сохраненных данных и графиков.
5 — Печать, вывод сохраненных данных и графиков на внешнее устройство.
6 — Настройки прибора ( выбор языка, вкл/откл звука нажатия клавиш, тест работы экрана и клавиш, о приборе — номер прошивки и серийный номер аппарата).
Быстрый доступ к 3 иконке(логгеру) и ее функциям осуществляется кнопкой с логотипом в виде графика, справа-вверху на панели кнопок. Записывает логи до 6 минут каждый, частота проверки данных 20 раз в секунду, точность 0,1В.
После этого лог можно просмотреть, перемотать вперед/назад, поставить на паузу на тестере или подробно рассмотреть график на ПК. Фрагмент на графике можно увеличить в BTlink.
Едем в гараж и проверяем свой автомобиль/Акб, как есть, без подзарядки и подготовки после «городского режима» использования и другие аккумуляторы, какие нашел. Перед подключением к снятому или установленному аккумулятору нужно узнать его характеристики: номинальный ток, тип батареи и протокол проверки тока холодного пуска. У меня на используемом уже 9 месяцев АКОМе вот такие данные: номинальный ток 750А, тип ЕFB, протокол проверки (EN), такие данные есть на лицевой части любого акка и их нужно выбрать/ ввести в меню прибора.

Протоколы проверки автомобильных Акб
ССА — это аббревиатура от английского Cold Cranking Amps (CCA) означающая ток холодного пуска (ток холодной прокрутки) стартерной аккумуляторной батареи. Ток холодной прокрутки измеряется в амперах по определенной методике измерения. Различают следующие отраслевые стандарты измерения тока холодной прокрутки (CCA):
SAE (JS537) /CCA
Американский стандарт (полностью заряженную батарею по методике SAE JS537 охлаждают до -18С в течение 24 часов. Затем батарею нагружают силой тока, равной номинальному CCA батареи. Тест считается пройденным, если напряжение батареи не упадет ниже 7,2В в течение 30 секунд)
EN (EN50342.1A1)
Европейский стандарт (полностью заряженную батарею по методике SAE JS537 охлаждают до -18С в течение 24 часов. Затем батарею нагружают силой тока, равной номинальному CCA батареи. Тест считается пройденным, если напряжение батареи не упадет ниже 7,2В в течение 10 секунд)
IEC (60095-1)
Международная электротехническая комиссия (полностью заряженную батарею по методике SAE JS537 охлаждают до -18С в течение 24 часов. Затем батарею нагружают силой тока, равной номинальному CCA батареи. Тест считается пройденным, если напряжение батареи не упадет ниже 8,4В в течение 60 секунд)
DIN
Немецкий стандарт (полностью заряженную батарею по методике SAE JS537 охлаждают до -18С в течение 24 часов. Затем батарею нагружают силой тока, равной номинальному CCA батареи. Тест считается пройденным, если напряжение батареи не упадет ниже 9В в течение 30 секунд и 6В в течение 150 секунд)
JIS (D5301)
Японский индустриальный стандарт (полностью заряженную батарею по методике SAE JS537 охлаждают до -15С в течение 24 часов. Затем батарею нагружают силой тока 150-300А в течение 10-30 секунд. Тест считается пройденным, если напряжение батареи не упадет ниже 6В )
MCA (СА) — Морской стандарт (полностью заряженную батарею по методике SAE JS537 охлаждают до 0С в течение 24 часов. Затем батарею нагружают силой тока, равной номинальному CCA батареи. Тест считается пройденным, если напряжение батареи не упадет ниже 7,2В в течение 30 секунд)
ГОСТ Р 53165-2008 — ток холодной прокрутки (CCA) — это ток разряда, А, указанный изготовителем, который может обеспечить батарея для пуска двигателя в заданных условиях. ГОСТ Р 53165-2008 базируется на международном стандарте IEC 60095-1.
Получаем вот такие данные: Акб исправна, нужен дозаряд и профилактика.
1 — Степень деградации батарее от номинальной емкости — 93%(SOH).
2 — Внутреннее сопротивление -3.92мОм
3 — Ток холодного пуска по протоколу EN — 704 А
4 — Заявленный отдаваемый ток — 750А. По отзывам от покупателей производитель АКОМ немного завышает эти данные на своих Акб, отсюда и «деградация» в 7% SOH
6 — Напряжение на батарее — 12.76В
7 — Заряд батареи — 98% (SOC)
Проверяем систему АКБ — автомобиль. Проверку проводил не сразу по этому заряд на батарее успел увеличиться на работающей машине.
Запускаем проверку на тестере и не заведенной машине, и получаем данные и график по напряжению в покое и при запуске двигателя, зарядке Акб и остановке двигателя:
Снятые графики из логгера: видна просадка напряжения при повороте ключа, более сильная при запуске двигателя, запуск генератора и падение при остановке двигателя.
Все данные вполне понятны и можно определиться что с вашей Акб, здорова ли, нужна ли профилактика или реанимация, а может и на замену.

Мой старый АКТЕХ 65Ач, но разряженный «бумбоксом» на даче.
Еще один акк двухлетка GLOBATT 60Ач, рекомендуется зарядить.
Мотоциклетных акков и мотоциклов у меня рядом нет по этому ничего сказать по ним не могу. Но если с автомобильными Акб тестер справляется то и с мотоциклетными проблем не должно быть.

Были проблемы со стартером на рабочем коне
Снял стартер. Заодно и аккумулятор. Поехали в большой город Калининград. Там увидел у ремонтников (Транс Стартер) тестер аккумулятора, с помощью которого проверили наш АКБ.
Посмотрел на али, оказалось, что цена небольшая. Далее муки выбора, просмотры отзывов, видеороликов на You Tube. Остановил свой выбор на аккумуляторном тестере KONNWEI KW650. Сделал заказ. В связи с последними событиями цена намного выросла
Получил
В упаковке сам тестер, USB кабель для обновления прошивок, переноса данных и графиков на компьютер, а также инструкция на английском и чехол.

Первое включение через USB кабель к компьютеру. Перенастроил на русский язык
Скачал программу BTLINK по указанному адресу в инструкции (konnwei.com/capabilities/Download-Update-Tool.html) Решил проверить обновления прошивки устройства. Сама программа подсказывает порядок действия
С нажатой кнопкой „ENTER“ подсоединил устройство с помощью USB кабеля к компьютеру. Пошел процесс обновления. Странным оказалось, что до и после обновления версии не менялись.
При следующей попытке обновления процесс уже не стартовал.
Проверил АКБ на машине. Настройка интуитивно понятна, ничего сложного. Аккумулятору будет на днях 5 лет. Ожидал, что остаточная емкость будет выше. Но короткие поездки берут своё. Дневной пробег около 30 км, утром на работу, вечером назад, с заездом в деревенский дом.
Осенью снимал АКБ на зарядку. Посмотрел на эти показания и понял, что снова нужно дополнительно зарядить.
Выполнил проверку системы пуска(запуска)
Тест системы зарядки тоже в норме. Посмотрел графики
Дома уже выгрузил графики для более детального просмотра. На 1, 2, 3 графиках первый запуск. На 4 – м мотор работал, потом заглушил. Затем новый запуск по контрольке свечи накала.
После этого принес АКБ домой, на зарядку. Перед зарядкой АКБ отлежался, немного поднялась остаточная емкость (до 77%).

2. Заметил, что при замерах в разных точках показания разные. Правильнее всего будут показания на клеммах АКБ. К примеру, на машине установлен кулометр. Если снимать показания на шунте, то в показаниях есть разница.

Приобрёл такой пару лет назад, Короткие поездки поэтому нужен контроль над аккумулятором. 1.2 Product Function
KWB50 battery tester features the following functions: battery test, cranking test, charging test and other additional functions. Battery test mainly aims to analyze the battery healthy status to calculate the actual cold cranking capability of the batery of the battery and the aging extent, which provide reliable analysis evidence for the test and maintenance of the battery. If may notify the user to replace battery in advance when the battery gets aged.
Cranking test is used to test and analyze the starting motor. Testing the actual required cranking current and cranking voltage of the starting motor is helpful to determine whether the starting motor works properly or not. If the starting malfunction may cause an increased starting loaded torque; or rotor friction of the starting motor generates an increasing friction of the starting motor itself. Charging test is to check and analyze the charging system, including generator, rectifer, rectifier diode, etc., thus to find out whether the output voltage of the generator is normal, the rectifir diode works properly and the abnormal, it willlead to over charge. or incomplete charge of the battery, thus cause quick damage to the battery and greatly shorthen the life of other loaded appliance.

2.4Tool Setup
From the startup screen, or press EXIT button to enter Main Menu Press UPIDOWN button to select the [Setup] function in the Main Menu and press ENTER button, The screen will display the interface as shown below:
The Tool allows you to make the following adjustments, settings:
- Select language: Selects desired language. Press UPIDOWN key to choose [Language] and press ENTER button, the screen will display the interface as shown bellow:
You can press UPIDOWN key to select any language and press ENTER button to confirm. The system will convert to the chosen language interface at once.
- Beep: ON/OFF the Beeper. Press UPIDOWN key to choose [BUZZ] and press ENTER button, the screen will display the interface as shown below:
You can press ENTER button to cover ON or OFF, Press ESC key to return.
- Device test: Keyboard, LCD display detection. Press UPIDOWN key to choose [Device test] and press ENTER button, the screen willdisplay the interface as shown below

The Screen test function checks f the LCD display is working normally.

B. Key test
The key test function verifies if the keys are functioning properly.
- Use the UPIDOWN scroll button to select key test from the Device test menu, and then press the ENTER button.
- Press any key to start test. When you press a key, the key name should be observed on the display. If the key name does not show up, then the key is not functioning properly, the screen will display the interface as shown below:

Car Battery Test
After entering battery test program, tester displays Main Menu, Tester will display the following contents in a sequence, select accordingly. From the startup screen , or press ESC button to enter Main Menu, the screen will display the interface as shown below:
Battery In-vehicle or Out-of-Vehicle
Press UPIDOWN key to select the battery location, in vehicle or out of vehicle, then press ENTER ke to confirm,
3.1 Battery Test in vehicle
When surface charge detected by the tester, it prompts *Surface charge, turn lights on», Turn lights on as prompted to eliminate battery surface charge, tester will then display the following messages in a sequence.
Now the tester detects the surface charge has been eliminated, turn lights off as prompted, then press ENTER key, the tester wil recover automatic test
Select Battery Type
After the battery charge status selected, tester will promt to select battery type, i.e. Regular Flooded, AGM Flat plate or AGM Spiral, Gel and EFB battery, Press UPIDOWN key to select battery type, then press OK key to confirm.
Battery System Standard and Rating
KW50battery tester each battery according to the selected system and rating.
Use UPIDOWN key to select according to the actul system sandard and rating marked on the battery. Use UP/DOWN key to select according 10 the actual system standard and rating marked on the battery. See in the below picture, the arrow indicated location.

- Bad cell, Replace
Battery interior damaged, bad cell or short circuit, replace battery.
- Charge, Retest
Unstable battery shall be recharged and retested to avoid error. If same test result appears after recharge and retest, the battery is regarded as damaged, replace the battery.
Attention:
If ‘Replace” resulted from IN-VEHICLE mode, it might be the reason that vehicle cable is not well connected with the battery, Ensure to cut off the cable and retest the battery under OUT-OF-VEHICLE before making a decision 1o replace battery.
NOTE: After testing, if need to ESC, press ESC key to directly Exit to the startup interface,
3.2 Battery out of vehicle test
OUT-OF-VEHICLE means battery is not connected with any of the vehicle loaded, i.e. battery connection is cut off.
From the startup screen, or press ESC button to enter Main Menu. Press.
UPIDOWN key to select the battery location, in vehicle or out of vehicle, then press ENTER key to confirm.

Unstable battery shall be recharged and retested to avoid error.
If same test result appears after recharge and retest, the battery is regarded as damaged, replace the battery.
Motorcycle Battery Test
It can make sure the battery status, including voltage, CCA, electronic resistance, rated CCA, charging value, healthy value and testing result in one second. From the startup screen, or press ESC butlon to enter Main Menu. The screen will display
- the interface as shown below:
- Use UPIDOWN key to select Motorcycle battery model, The press ENTER key, the testing resultwill show one of these, as below: (Battery test resultincludes 5types as following: )
Ittakes around 1 seconds to display the battery test result
- Good Battery
The battery is without any problem, please be relaxed to use.
- Good, Recharge
Good battery but low current, recharge before using.
- Replace
The battery is near to o already reached the end of the using lfe, replace battery othenwise, bigger danger will be followed.
- Bad cell, Replace
Battery interior damaged, bad cell or short circuit, replace battery.
- Charge, Retest

3.3 Waveform
press WAVEFORM FUNCTION button, The screen wil display the interface: as shown below:
CUR: Current Voltage
MAX: Maximum Voltage during Ignition
MIN: Minimum Voltage during Ignition
The waveform will stay in static until there’s changes in the voltage changes detected
Various vehicle voltage analyses
- Discharge Voltage: When the ignition OFF, engine OFF (Over 20 Minutes), the Discharge Voltage should be around 12V. If the discharge voltage is lower than 11V, it will be hard to turn the ignition ON. If the discharge voltage continuously stay under 11V, it means the battery is aging and replacement is needed
- Starting Voltage: During ignition, the voltage will drop to a certain point, at this minimum point is Starting Voltage (Around 7.5- 9.5V). If the Starting Voltage continuously stay under 7.5, it means battery capacity is low and needs to be replaced.
- Charging Voltage: When the ignition ON, engine ON. The alternator will continuously charge the car battery, normally is around 14V. Battery Status corresponding with Battery Voltage (Before Ignition)

Notice: Ifthe current detected battery voltage is 11.9V, after a few hours trip, the battery voltage is stil stay low, the cause could battery damage. (Under circumstance of normal alterator). Please replace the battery ASAP.
3.4Review
Review waveform From the startup screen, or press _ESC button to enter Main Menu. Press UPIDOWN button to select the [Review] function in the Main Menu and press ENTER button, The screen will display the interface as shown below:

3.5 Print
The Print Data function allows printing out testing data recorded by the testing tool for or customized test reports.
To print out retrieved data, you need the following tools:
- Tester tool
- APC or laptop with USB ports
- A USB cable
1) downloading the applications from our website: www.konnwei.com
2) connect the tester tool to computer with the USB cable supplied.
3) run bilink.exe in your computer. as below:
- From the tester tool startup screen, or press ESC button to enter Main Menu. as below
- Press UPIDOWN button to select the [Print] function in the Main Menu and press ENTER button, The screen will display the interface as shown below:
- Press UPIDOWN bution to select Upload result or Upload waveform, and press ENTER bution.
- Press UPIDOWN button to select Delete result, and press ENTER button to Delete all save of the tester tool test data.
Update Mode
“This function allows you to update the tool software
To update your tool, you need the following items.
- tester tool
- APC or laptop with USB ports
- USB cable
1) downloading the applications from our website: ‘www.konnwei.com
2) run blink.exe in your computer(Mac OS and linux does not compatible)
3) press and hold any button unti the USB cable is connected with computer and release it after the tool display a message “Update Mode
4) open the btink software, click “Check update” button, will download the upgrade file from interet then update to tester tool
5) wait for few minutes until update succeed
6) during the update procedure
7) restart tester tool finish the whole update See bellow:
NOTE: when you made a wrong choice and the tool is unable to work properly, you may need to update the programs. The hold LEFT scroll bution and power on the tool, you will enter the update mode forcedly, the follow the update procedure to refresh the program
