Left / Right / One side of the earbuds has stopped working
If this happens, it may be because it is low on battery or it did not connect correctly with the device. To fix this, you can do the following:
1. Try charging the earbud that is not working or both, placing them in the charging case.
2. Try factory resetting the earbuds.
3. Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range
If that doesn’t work, the earbud is probably faulty, and I can go for a refund or replacement of it.
Left / Right / One side of the earbuds has a low volume
If this happens, it may be because the earbuds are dirty or the volume is set low. To fix this, you can do the following:
1. Try cleaning the earbud using a cotton swab or carefully clean the mesh with a pin.

Step 2: Place both earbuds into the charging case.

Earbuds
- A blue light flashing: The earbuds are pairing to the device.

Some Common Earbuds Problems & Troubleshooting
Left / Right / One side of the earbuds has stopped working
If this happens, it may be because it is low on battery or it did not connect correctly with the device. To fix this, you can do the following:

2. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Bluetooth driver, or updating the Bluetooth driver. All can be done in Manage >>> Device Manager, reset earbuds (if available), and then repeat the step.

В этом году (2021) компания HARMAN анонсировала под брендом JBL очередные беспроводные TWS наушники JBL Wave 100 в четырёх цветовых решениях. Главное отличие Wave100TWS от всех остальных заключается в отсутствии крышки на зарядном чехле. Не будем торопиться с выводами и разберем по очереди.

Комплектации
Поставляются JBL Wave 100TWS в коробке из картона. И тут уже нет привычного для многих прозрачного пластика, откуда можно было увидеть сами наушники. На лицевой стороне упаковки видим изображение самих наушников, название модели, логотип производителей и немного основных технических характеристик. На обратной же стороне расположились другие технически характеристики (уже больше).
В упаковке помимо самих наушников и зарядного чехла можно обнаружить:
- оранжевый кабель Type-C;
- силиконовые амбушюры (S и L), средние амбушюры на наушниках;
- документация;
В комплектации есть всё необходимое, поэтому тут претензий нет. Сразу хочу отметить, что кейс открытый и его вес составляет 36 грамм, а каждый из наушников весит чуть больше пяти грамм.
Внешний вид
Начну с того, что данные наушники продаются в четырёх цветах: синий, черный, фиолетовый и серый. На лицевой стороне кейса изображен фирменный логотип «JBL» в глянцевом оформлении. Корпус выполнен из качественного и приятного матового пластика.
На обратной стороне кейса расположился разъём Type-C для зарядки. На нижней же части зарядного чехла указана некоторая информация наушников: серийный номер, сертификация и так далее.
Как ни странно, наушники расположены на верхней части и там же есть индикатор состояния. Расстояние между наушниками в зарядном чехле составляет 1 сантиметр. Говорю это потому что, если у Вас толстые пальцы, Вам может быть будет неудобно их доставать с кейса. Лично у меня проблем не было. Держатся наушники в зарядном футляре очень надёжно, магниты мощные. Вытрясти оттуда их почти нереально.
Давайте теперь поговорим о самих наушниках. На вид они кажутся большими, но на самом деле это не так. В каждом наушники есть индикатор, который сигнализирует о своем состоянии.
Наушники, как и кейс выполнены из матового пластика. Кнопки на наушниках — механические, не жесткие. Они прорезинены и выполнены чуть темнее основного цвета. На кнопках также можно заметить логотип «JBL». Всё выглядит довольно стильно.
JBL Wave 100TWS имеют эргономичную форму и удобно сидят в ушах. При долгой эксплуатации у меня не болели уши, но нельзя забывать, что это всё сугубо индивидуально.
Кнопки управления
С помощью кнопок можно управлять воспроизведением музыки:
- одно нажатие — воспроизведение песни, либо пауза;
- двойное нажатие — следующая песня;
- тройное нажатие — предыдущая песня;
- также с помощью одного нажатия можно — принять или сбросить звонок;
- зажать кнопку в течение двух секунд — включение/выключение микрофона;
- голосовой ассистент вызывается так же, как и выключается/включается микрофон;
Отмечу, что наушники могут работать в двух режима: стерео или моно. То есть наушники могут работать независимо друг от друга. Команды кнопок при этом остаются одинаковы. Переключение между режимами происходит автоматически, то есть можно с лёгкостью использовать один наушник, будь это левый или правый.
Звук
Наушники оснащены динамиками диаметром 8 миллиметров, благодаря этому у них Вы ощутите звук с насыщенными низкими частотами. Звучание здесь чистое и яркое. Диапазон воспроизводимых частот от 20 до 20000 Гц.
Потрясающий звук с глубоким и четким басом. Звука передача точная. Кстати, отставания звука при просмотре видео на YouTube не замечал. Слушаю в них в основном музыку на 60-70% громкости, поэтому запас для меня неплохо, но это сугубо индивидуально. В общем, от звучания я остался очень доволен.
Микрофон
Работу микрофона нельзя назвать идеальной, но в обычной обстановке (в тихой комнате) собеседнику будет приятно с Вами общаться через эти наушники. Да, в шумных местах, думаю, всё-таки придётся перейти на сотовую связь, так как наушники, пытаясь, заглушить посторонний шум, заглушают и Ваш голос, а из-за этого собеседнику становится не просто распознать Вашу речь.
Автономность
Ёмкость аккумулятора в наушниках составляет 46 мАч, а в зарядном чехле 550 мАч. Время автономной работы наушников составляет до 5 часов. А общее время воспроизведение вместе с зарядным чехлом составляет до 20 часов. Заряжаются наушники до полного заряда примерно за 2 часа.
Вывод
Подводя итог, могу сказать, что это очень интересное решение, сделать кейс без крышки. С одной стороны круто, теперь ещё проще вынимать наушники из кейса, но, а с другой, как минимум теперь они стали более уязвимы к пыли и будет страшно подумать, что произойдет с наушниками, если они упадут. Всё это может очень плачевно сказаться на работоспособности самих наушников. К сборке и звучанию у меня нет никаких претензий. Рекомендовать к покупке можно, но обязательно перед этим (если есть возможность) попробуйте их надеть и посмотреть как они сидят на Ваших ушах.
