Subaru Outback – class “I” station wagon. The world premiere of the fifth generation of the model took place at the New York Auto Show in April 2014.
Having changed generation, Outback has not changed itself, remaining a classic all-terrain station wagon. At the same time, stylistically, as before, it is almost identical to the Legacy sedan. But if we abstract from parallels with other models and compare the station wagon exclusively with its predecessor, it must be said that it has hardly changed in dimensions. The length of the car is 4817 mm, its width is 1840 mm, and its height is 1605 mm.
The ground clearance remained unchanged – 220 mm, and the wheelbase received an increase of 5 mm, which, of course, cannot significantly affect the space in the cabin. However, the Outback could not be called cramped even before.
