How to Connect

First Time Pairing:

Pick up both earbuds to power on. They will auto pair with each other and turn connectable to phone. On phone, search for AirBuds U and tap to connect.

Switch Paired Device:

1. Turm off phoneA’s Bluetooth faculty and earbuds will auto disconnect and turn connectable to phone.
2. On phoneB, search for AirBuds U and tap to connect.

*Multi-point connection is not available. Earbuds will auto reconnect to phoneB upon powering up again.

Factory setting

Delete pairing records:
(please try the following steps if earbuds fail to connect)

1. On cellphone, delete the connectivity records of AirBuds U.
2. With both ears in the charging compartment, click the touch panel of the dual earphones 6 times until both ears, The red and green lights flash alternately 3 times, indicating a successful reset. Take out the headset from the charging box. Both ears will automatically team up.

How to Wear

1. Rotate earbud and pop it into your ear then shake head to check wearing stability.
2. Please adjust Mic towards your mouth to gain better calling experience.
3. Please wear earbuds properly, making sure they fit in firmly and sound holes are inside ear canals

Mono Mode

1. Earbuds were paired before. Keep touching panel on either earbud for 2s to power on. It will then auto turn connectable to phone in 5s (LED will blink green).
2. On phone, search for AirBuds U and touch to connect.

Charging Earbuds

Push earbud into case to power it off and get charged. LED will glow solid red when the earbud is charged and turn green for 1 minute once topped up.

The charging box turns red when charging and green when fully charged.

Q:Why can I only listen to one earphone
A:Put the two earphones back into the charging compartment and take them out again to see if the binaural mode is restored.

Q:How to solve the problem of unable to connect.
A:Delete the pairing record on the mobile phone, and then perform the search signal connection again after deletion.

Q:How to listen to songs/calls without sound.
A:Android has a setting icon on the right side of the phone connection record, click to enter, uncheck the two audio options and reselect it. Apple is setting the general auxiliary function to enter the audio call mode and select automatic. If it is automatic, change other options. Then select Automatic, and try again if the pairing record is not restored.

Q:Why is there a delay in the video/game.

These earbuds are equipped with a medium ear cap. We are recommend­ed to replace the large or small ear cap If you feel unwell.

Wear Earbuds

Gently insert the earbuds tilt down into the ear canal, ensure that the
headphone does not shake when you gently shake your head.

Charging

Before starting to use, please tear off the isolation film at the charging touch

point of the earbuds, and charge the charging case and earbuds fully.
Plug in the charging cable can charge both the earbuds and the charging case
at the same time.
When the charging case is not fully charged, the top one of the indicators will

flash, and the four charging indicator will keep light up when fully charged.

During the charging of the earbuds, the red charging indicator will keep light up.
When the earbuds are fully charged, and the white indicator of the earbuds will
light up 1 minute and then goes out.

Turn on

If the earbuds are in the charging case, will be automatically booted when it is
removed from the charging case.
If the earbuds are not in the charging case and are shut down, press and hold

the multi-function button for about 2S (white indicator flashes)

Automatic connection: Take earbuds out of the charging case at the same time.
Wait for the 2-3S earbuds to automatically boot. When the white indicator of the

If the connection fails, put the earbuds back in the charging case and repeat
the above operation.

After the first connection, the earbuds when automatically connect to the last
paired device when turned on(Wireless on).

If the headset cannot be connected properly, please reset the headset as

follows: Take the headset out of the charging box, and then turn off the two

headset multi-function keys for 10 seconds, respectively, and release and put it

when the red and white lights are on. Return to the charging box, delete the

connection record on the device, re-automatically pair and connect the device.

Note: The device needs to support voice and turn on the fast wake-up setting.

5. Answer the second call and switch the call
When the mobile phone calls, short press the multi-function button to answer
the call; when there is a new phone call, short press the multi-function button to
hold the current call and answer the second call; Long press the multi-function
button to switch two calls.

Note:

1. If the product has not been used for more than two weeks, it is recommend­ed to charge the product ;
