Самый дешёвый зелёный лазерный уровень с оптической схемой 4х360º — HILDA 4D 16 линий, который проецирует две горизонтальные и две вертикальные плоскости, все по 360 градусов. Также на пересечении вертикалей образуются точки отвеса — зенит/надир. Для сравнения можете посмотреть один из самых дорогих 4D уровней — это новая модель Huepar S04CG с Bluetooth и экраном, на который выводится угол наклона корпуса по двум осям «Х» и «У».

Покупался нивелир за 60$. Для 4D лазерного уровня, это действительно смешная цена, возникает логичный вопрос из чего он сделан, что так дёшево стоит, об этом и не только поговорим в обзоре.

Корпус

Надо сразу сказать, что ждать высокого качества сборки и материалов за такую цену не стоит, это просто невозможно. Хотя, справедливости ради, если смотреть на картину в целом, то вроде как с виду лазерный уровень HILDA 4D выглядит вполне аккуратно, по крайней мере, в несколько раз лучше, чем младшая модель Hilda 3D LS055 Green. Пластик используется также дешёвый, но хотя бы нет этих ужасных облоев и подтёков клея.

Объяснить такую дешевизну прибора можно только установкой очень дешёвых лазерных модулей в целом, которые не стоят и одного доллара. Поэтому вопрос по сроку жизни лазерных излучателей у подобных нивелиров остаётся открытый. На просторах Алиэкспресс можно много найти аналогичных моделей под разным названием: PRACMANU, HAVADOU и другие, везде применяются самые дешёвые лазерные модули.

Хорошие, качественные лазерные LD модули, типа Sharp или Osram стоят от 8 до 12$ за штуку. Если даже посчитать по среднему, по 10$, то одни только модули выходили бы на 40$, так как их 4 штуки. А ведь нужен ещё сам корпус, стёкла, компенсатор, электронные компоненты, аккумулятор. Да и сам комплект поставки не бедный. В общем, такая низкая цена, лично для меня, до сих пор остаётся загадкой.

Батарейный отсек как таковой у HILDA 4D отсутствует, аккумулятор просто устанавливается сверху корпуса.

Пластиковые защитные башни крепятся на четыре болта, но опять же без каких-либо резиновых прокладок, как, допустим, у более качественного нивелира HUEPAR 904DG. Такие прокладки просто необходимы для защиты внутренних электронных компонентов от влаги и пыли.

Из плюсов можно выделить возможность работы прибора от сети. Помимо этого, батарея может заряжаться отдельно от прибора. Это достаточно удобно для бесперебойной работы, но только при условии наличии второго аккумулятора.

Нижняя часть корпуса, которая по совместительству является нижней защитной башней излучателя и некой платформой для установки нивелира, сделана из металла. В ней же имеется два небольших отверстия, но только одно из них имеет нарезанную резьбу 1/4″ дюйма для установки на штатив, штангу или любое другое крепление с одноименной резьбой станового винта.

Отдельно хочется сказать о малых размерах лазерного уровня HILDA 4D. По сравнению с профессиональными лазерным нивелиром с такой же оптической схемой (4*360º) — FUKUDA MW-94D-4GX он выглядит не менее компактно.

Аккумулятор, идущий в комплекте, очень просто разбирается и состоит из двух баллонов типа 18650, поэтому, при желании или необходимости эти элементы можно с лёгкостью заменить.

Проверка на точность

Производитель заявляет довольно высокую точность, всего ± 0,2 мм/м или ± 2 мм на 10 метров. Таким образом, при проверке всех секторов горизонтальной плоскости, разница между точками не должна превышать 4 миллиметра на 10 метрах. Как правильно считается погрешность можете посмотреть здесь.

В отзывах на Алиэкспресс нередко встречались негативные высказывания по поводу точности этого уровня. На фото ниже можете увидеть проверку точности горизонта именно этого экземпляра.

Как видно, оба горизонта настроены отлично! Это даже несколько удивляет, так как нивелир пришёл с разблокированным компенсатором.

Проверка вертикалей, как не странно, показала такой же отличный результат. Единственное, в ходе проверки был замечен какой-то баг с переключением плоскостей: кнопка «V» переключала горизонты, кнопка «Н», наоборот, вертикали, в общем, какое-то время была полная путаница с переключением плоскостей и режимов, потом всё наладилось. Что это было, я так и не понял.

Прибор оказался очень точным, но, к сожалению, бывает и по другому. Поэтому, давайте рассмотрим как он настраивается.

Юстировка этого нивелира достаточно проста, но необходимо знать некоторую последовательность настройки.

У этой модели положение нижнего горизонта (лазерного модуля) абсолютно точно настраивается положением маятника, то есть поперечным и продольным юстировочным винтом (смотрите фото ниже).

Все остальные лазерные модули настраиваются самостоятельно по отдельности — четырьмя болтами под шестигранник у основания лазерной трубки.

Таким образом, если у вас нижний горизонт показывает точно, а погрешность присутствует у других плоскостей (обе вертикали и верхний горизонт) не важно в какой последовательности и численности, то разбирать весь прибор нет необходимости. Просто снимаете защитную башню того модуля, положение которого нужно поправить, и вносите корректировку.

А если плюс ко всему «врёт» нижний горизонт, то сначала необходимо разобрать корпус, выкрутить 4 винта сверху, потом 4 винта снизу и открутить обе башни от вертикалей, и тихонько снять основную часть корпуса (разбирается не сложно), но придётся отсоединить разъёмы питания и клавиатуры. Потом снова подсоединить и вставить батарею, будет немного не удобно, но вполне реально.

Далее продольным и поперечным болтом маятника выставить положение нижней горизонтальной плоскости, и только после настройки нижнего горизонта можно приступать к юстировке остальных плоскостей по отдельности, предварительно собрав корпус обратно.

Внимание! После корректировки нижней горизонтальной плоскости, обязательно снова проверьте на точность все остальные плоскости, возможно, им настройка не потребуется.

После настройки рекомендуется смазать обычным лаком для ногтей все юстировочные болты.

Компенсатор

Внутри лазерного уровня HILDA 4D 16 линий, установлен компенсатор маятникового типа на магнитных демпферах с диапазоном работы ± 3º.

Превышение допустимого угла наклона будет сопровождаться быстрым миганием лазерных линий и прерывистым звуковым сигналом. Такая звуковая и визуальная сигнализация служит предупреждением некорректной разметки. Для отключения сигнализации необходимо просто поправить нивелир, или иначе — поставить на более ровную поверхность.

Скорость установки компенсатора в рабочее положение варьируется в районе 5-6 секунд, это нормальное среднее значение.

Из плюсов можно выделить металлический скелет, на котором установлен компенсатор, помимо некоторой надёжности, это ещё очень удобно при настройке нивелира.

Нужно сказать и о довольно массивном маятнике компенсатора, это не очень хорошо, так как такие компенсаторы могут быстрее выходить из строя при механических ударах.

В каждом лазерном уровне есть тонкие медные проводки, их ещё называют медные волоски. Они несут питание для излучателей на маятнике, и отвечают за все другие функции прибора, поэтому при обрыве хотя бы одного волоска, какая-то часть лазерного уровня обязательно выйдет из строя.

Если кто то, по каким-то причинам оторвал несколько тонких медных проводков, и лазерный уровень перестал работать, не отчаивайтесь. Специально для таких случаев накидал простенькую схему пайки этих тонких проводков у этой модели.

Управление

Как и у многих нынешних нивелиров, здесь применяется сенсорная панель управления, правда со стабильностью отклика у неё есть некоторые проблемы. Панель может не всегда среагировать на прикосновения и не всегда верно. Так, к примеру, при нажатии на кнопку «Н» можно неожиданно включить вертикаль, хотя по логике такого быть не должно.

Опять же, если не судить строго, то за эти деньги вполне сносная сенсорная панель.

Кнопка «Н» — переключает горизонты по отдельности: 1 нижний, 1 верхний, либо оба вместе.

Кнопка «V« — переключает вертикали: одна, вторая, либо обе вместе. Таким образом можно выбрать абсолютно любые плоскости.

И третья кнопка — при кратком нажатии понижает яркость свечения, очень похоже на перевод в пульсирующий режим для работы с приёмником на улице, но скорее всего это просто регулировка яркости. И второе её предназначение при более длительном нажатии, это включение режима работы под наклоном, для разметки под любым произвольным углом, но нужно быть аккуратным, так как компенсатор в этот момент не заблокирован.

В задней части, под аккумулятором, находится тумблер включения и выключения нивелира, который также отвечает за блокировку и разблокировку компенсатора.

Также всеми плоскостями можно управлять с пульта дистанционного управления, который идёт в комплекте. Пульт имеет всего две кнопки «Н» и «V».

Толщина лазерной линии на разных расстояниях

Несмотря на очень дешёвые лазерные модули, проецируемые лазерные линии получаются довольно тонкими. И так, тестирование на разных дистанциях показало следующие результаты.

На 1 метре от стены толщина составила всего 1 мм.

На 5 метрах чуть более 1 миллиметр.

И на 10 метрах около 3 миллиметров, отличный результат надо сказать.

Комплект поставки

Поставляется Хилда 4D в сумке — кейсе с толстыми стенками, которая неплохо защищает прибор от механических воздействий. В базовый комплект, помимо основного прибора, также входит: переходник с 5/8″ на 1/4″, один аккумулятор, зарядное устройство, металлическая пластина, пульт ДУ, инструкция, подъёмная площадка, магнитное настенное крепление.

На магнитное крепление нивелир может крепится непосредственно через резьбу в основании, либо через специальный переходник — зажим за защитную верхнюю башню. Кронштейн сделан очень посредственно, он плохо фиксирует прибор на резьбе, и на гладких магнитных поверхностях скользит вниз под тяжестью нивелира. Это происходит ещё из-за того, что отсутствуют резиновые накладки в части, где установлены магниты.

Подъёмная площадка имеет диапазон подъёма рабочей поверхности от 2,5 до 8,5 сантиметров. Довольно удобная штука для работы с полами.

Плюсы и минусы

« + » нереально дешёвый, 4 плоскости по 360º, зелёный цвет лазера, отдельное переключение плоскостей, пульт ДУ, режим работы под наклоном, несложная разборка и юстировка, тонкие линии, неплохой комплект.

« — » относительно низкое качество сборки и материалов, не работает от батареек, периодические баги сенсорной панели, нет батарейного отсека.

Здесь как ни как подходит выражение — «соотношение цена — качество», если рассматривать его для бытовых нечастых работ, то вполне подходящий лазерный уровень, если же говорить о работе на каждый день, то лучше посмотреть в сторону более качественных аналогов.

Caution

Precautions

1. When electricity is applied, a weak radio wave is generated and may effect hearing aids, cardiac
pacemakers, and other medical devices causing malfunctions.

Especially for those who use a cardiac pacemaker, the electric reel may cause palpitations and

dizziness, so you should consult the manufacturer of your electrical medical device or the
distributor for the effect of radio waves.

2. Be careful to keep fingers clear of the levelwind mechanism. It can pinch your fingers and cause

injuries.

3.While feeding the line (with the motor on), the line may be caught in the reel when the clutch is
turned on. Be careful not to have your fingers caught in it. Injury may result.

1. If your sinker or lure is caught on the bottom, cut your line rather than jerk the rod to free
it.(Protect your hands with gloves or a towel.)

2. After fishing, rinse and dry the reel thoroughly. Store in a dry place.

3. Handle the reel with care. Dropping it may cause damage.

4. Do not touch the line while reel is running. It could cut your skin.

5. Use this reel for fishing purposes only.

6. Be careful not to get reel grease on your clothing.

7. Do not use metal wire for the main line.

8. Dropping or other shocks to the reel may cause the reel or internal electronic components to
break, leak, crack or malfunction due to short circuit.

Do not strongly jar or apply heavy pressure when in use.

1. When you use a power source other than the battery or the power source provided by the boat,
be sure it is of the proper voltage. Excess voltage will harm the reel and may generate enough
heat to burn your hands.

2. A heavily rusted cord may generate heat, so please do not use it.

1. Do not touch moving parts while the reel is operating or it may cause injury.

2. Drag adjustment should only be done with the auto winding functions off.

1. Do not disassemble the reel. It could result in malfunction that could damage the reel or cause
personal injury

About the counter display

The following conditions may make the display difficult to read.

1. Wearing of polarized glasses.

2. Excessively cold or hot weather, mid-winter (displayʼs surface temperature is below -10 degrees
centigrade) and mid-summer (displayʼs surface temperature is above 60 degrees centigrade).

3. When light strikes the display from certain angles, the displayʼs digits may have shadows. This does not
affect its function.

Do not reel in the end of the line

DO NOT allow end of line to be wound onto the spool.This may cause synchronization with the levelwind to
be lost, a condition that can damage the levelwind due to the reelʼs high power output. Should this happen,
line should be removed from spool and rewound.
After each trip, attach line to line clip to prevent it accidentally being wound onto reel.

How to connect the reel to the power source

Attach the cord clips to the battery. Red covered clip is the plus
(+), and the black covered clip is the minus (-).

2. Insert the connector into the reel. After this, the display

appears as below.

1.When changing batteries, the display’s backup memory stays active for about 10 minutes

after the old battery is disconnected. Thus the above display startup sequence does not
need to replay when the new battery is connected within the 15 minute time frame.

Attention

About the power source

This reel is made to accept DC 12 Volt power only. Power sources
providing other than this cannot be used.
The power provided by a boat can be unstable, causing the reel to
stop unintentionally. Please use a battery made specifically for
fishing reels, such as our Energy Pack.

Make sure of the following before departure.

1. Recharge the battery before your fishing trip. Over time, a battery can naturally discharge.

2. Confirm the boat can provide the proper power source (i.e. voltage, connector shape etc).

3. Corroded connections can prevent the flow of electric current. Remove any corrosion or
dirt from the connectors.

With power on, digits of the inverse counter (counter in the lower
area) will blink if voltage gets below DC 9 V.

battery voltage is likely to be low. In this case, replace the battery
with a recharged one.

Using the Reel

Do not jerk your rod to free a lure or sinker stuck on the
bottom. Pull the line taught with a gloved hand and cut it.

2. After maintenance, be sure to loosen the drag and store the

reel in a dry place.

3. Handle the reel with care to avoid dropping and possibly

damaging it.

4. Do not use metal wire as the reelʼs main line.

About the counter display

The following conditions may make the display difficult to read.

1. Wearing polarized glasses.

2. Excessively cold or hot weather, mid-winter (displayʼs surface

temperature is below –10 degrees centigrade) and mid-summer
(displayʼs surface temperature is above 60 degrees centigrade).

3. When light strikes the display from certain angles, the displayʼs

digits may have shadows. This does not affect its function.

This is a washable reel. Wash away salt residue and grit after fishing

Maintenance procedure

1. Wash the reel with a dish washing detergent and a soft

sponge. Do not use solvents.

Do not use soap or other detergents. Other soaps or solutions

may damage the reel both externally and internally. The
solution may damage the outside coating of the reel and may
breakdown the grease inside of the reel creating an overflow of
grease.

2. Rinse detergent and dirt away with running water, rinsing the

spool very well to get rid of salt. Use warm water, under 30
degrees centigrade.

3. Dry the reel well.

1. Do not submerse the reel when washing.

2. Do not use organic solvents such as benzene and thinner.

3. Do not use a steel brush or abrasive cleanser.

Press the MODE BUTTON to scroll through the adjustment displays for each reel function.

— Use the Power Lever to adjust numeric values.

— Pressing the MODE BUTTON sets the numeric values you have adjusted.

— Mode change cannot be done while line is being fed.

RESET BUTTON

This button resets the depth counter to zero.
Make sure to press this button before you start fishing. The reset depth is used to make the auto stop function

work. (display shows ). The default setting of auto stop is 2 meters.

To prevent an operational error, the RESET BUTTON needs to be pressed for more than 2 seconds with the setting

of 10 m or more.

This prevents accidental resetting. For a total reset, when line has been broken off, press and hold the button for at

least 2 seconds.

INVERSE COUNTER BUTTON

Pressing this button resets the counter in the lower area of the display.

— It memorizes distance from the bottom, handy for dropping a bait right back into the strike zone after youʼve been
bit.

— The chumming timer resumes after pressing this button.

JIG/PICKUP BUTTON

Selection between pickup and jigging can be done in the mode setting display.(One of them should necessarily be chosen.)

— It adjusts brake tension on the spool to prevent backlash or line slack caused by dropping the line with hook and
sinker.

Power lever

— You can freely adjust winding power, or winding speed, from zero(ON/OFF) to maximum, by 32 steps, by using
the lever.

— Tilting the lever forward adds power and speeds up the winding.

— Pulling the lever back slows down the winding.

— Without the lever positioned to OFF, it is impossible to start winding. You have to pull it back to the OFF position
before you start winding. An audible sound indicates the OFF position.

— The power lever is used to set numerical values on the various function displays.

Waterproof drag

— Adjusting the star drag allows the spool to slip against a strong pull to avoid line breakage.

(1) Adjust the drag while reel is on the rod and the line is strung through all the line guides.
(2) Adjust drag with the clutch ON, while pulling the line with your hands. Normally, the drag is adjusted to prevent

the weakest line in the line system from breaking.

— The levelwind distributes line evenly on the spool as you wind it in.

4. Attach the Input Roller, sold separately, to the reel. You will

then hear a beep sound confirming that the reel enters then into
the Automatic Input mode.

5. Push the Power Lever forward to maximum and wind the line.

When the Power Lever is moved forward, number on the lower

rigth portion of the display changes into a tension indicator, and
number of the counter on the upper portion of the display
begins to increase.

Keep line tension between level “5” and “7” while winding the line.

-Note that the value of tension between 5 and 7 simply displays
an appropriate value with the power lever at MAX. When wound
at a low speed, the display shows that a high tension is applied,
so please be careful since it may cause trouble.

As line winding continues, the displayed number of the counter

increases.

6. Continue line winding until the line touches the Input Roller.

When the line reaches the Input Roller, the latter begins to rotate

so that the winding may stop automatically.

Regarding idea proposals from customers
The Daiwa Germany GmbH / Globeride Inc. (hereinafter, “the Company”) is always conducting unique research and development. We amass ideas and technical knowledge based on these activities. We refrain from accepting idea proposals from customers. This is in order to avoid restrictions on the Company’s research and development activities by accepting such proposals, as well as to prevent future misunderstandings and problems that may arise between customers and the Company.

If a customer makes a proposal regardless of the above policy, we will handle the situation in the following manner:

The Company will not consider or evaluate the proposal whatsoever.
The Company will not bear any responsibility for confidentiality of the proposal.
A customer who makes a proposal shall be deemed to have waived all of his/her rights to the proposal contents.
Even if the Company’s products and services are the same as, or similar to the proposal contents, the Company will not bear any responsibility therefor including the payment of compensation.
The Company will not bear any responsibility for returning materials or attachments pertaining to the proposal.

Uploading of data
You can transmit data, texts and pictures to Daiwa-Comroran in combination with the participation in activities or supply of articles and/or information for the publication on the Daiwa-Comroran website. You confirm with the use of these services that you are the author of these contents and that you own the property of the rights of the use of the data, texts and pictures. At the same time you allow Daiwa-Comroran the free publication of these contents within the scope of the website of Daiwa-Comroran. Daiwa-Comroran is entitled to remove the information from the website with immediate effect by suspicion of misuse of the offered upload services.

Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not consist with contracts which are concluded with companies or freelancers in the context with their occupational activity or with goods which are made due to consumer’s specification.
